This piece is about love in all its different forms the excitement, the messiness, the connections and the emotions that come with it. I wanted the canvas to feel full, almost like there are too many feelings to keep inside, so everything overlaps and competes for space.
The hearts, words, circles and splashes represent the different ways love can show up in our lives. The bright pinks, reds and greens bring a playful energy, while the black lines add a little chaos and depth. For me, it’s a reminder that love doesn’t always look perfect or follow a straight path, but it can still be beautiful.
